We never include pricing on our shipping notes if we can see the parcel is going to a different shipping address to the billing address. None of our products include price tags.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
If ordered by 2pm on a weekday using our Standard Delivery Service, your order will be in the posted that very day and delivered to its recipient, within 72 hours. If you choose our Express Delivery Service you order will be dispatched the same day and delivered within 24 hours. On a weekend and bank holiday your order will be posted the following working day and delivered the next day. Once shipped you will receive an email from our chosen courier which will include tracking details for your order.

We ship anywhere in the UK. On the shipping services mentioned above. If shipping outside of the UK to anywhere in Eurpoe we use an alternative DPD service, this costs £15.00
Return & Exchange Policy
Unless damaged, it is incredibly rare that we will ever have to refund a gift, however if for any reason you are not 100% happy please contact us straight away and we will arrange a return and refund. It is important for us to reach a happy solution which does not include us loosing your custom.
